    Water Pump Failure - Extended Warranty Experience

    Hi All,

    Hope everyone is having a great start to the new year.

    Posting as my wife experienced limp mode today and high coolant temperature and got the P00B7 code in diagnostics. All signs are showing to the dreaded water pump.

    We literally got out of warranty 2 weeks ago… but have read about the extended warranty on the water pumps. Curious to hear about y’all’s experience with the dealers when taking it in?

    Also, should we not be driving the car of the warning light doesn’t come back?
