Crankcase Fitting

Looking to redo my crankcase breather. I know a few on here have already done this, hoping they can help.

I need the fitting below to get this completed. Anyone know what size this is and where I can pick one up? I had a few spare engines sitting around, but all of those fittings were smaller. Thanks!
