So I bought 14x1.5x27 inch conical wheel bolts and…

They don’t fit in the rear. The front ones seat fine, but for some reason even when I torque the rear ones down all the way there is a very slight wobble if the wheel is grabbed by the sides. It looks like I may have to cut them down a mm or two. Did anyone else have this issue?

The wheels are aftermarket now, with conical seats (MRR UO2)

EDIT: Threads were just really rusted. Ran some pb blaster and hit them with a wire brush and everything is good now.

Are they the correct angle of conical seat bolts?
Are the wheels sitting on the hub correctly, correct center bore?
Determine the depth of the wheel from the base of the cone through to the mounting face and make a piece of wood the same thickness and drill a 14mm hole in it. When you mount it to the hub with the bolt, can you see if there's an issue with bolt securing all the way? Are the threads not all the way to the cone? If the bolt was too long, that means it's running into the wheel bearing housing, which should be a pretty obvious issue.
