Hi guys I just tried to install this Bluetooth module to rnse unit

Was an total fail after I done it pice by pice still no power in module as the light on module is not on at all I decided to leave is without module and put it back as it is and after this issues comes…the real problem is after I put back the unit I don’t have any sound in door speakers just the small ones on the top off the dashboard. Is any who had this issue? TIA
