    Purchased JHM Tune, now what?

    I recently purchased a tune from JHM for my avant and I can’t seem to get access to it. Has anyone else had this issue with them? I have emailed them the form they ask you to fill out, called, and messaged them on facebook repeatedly but haven’t been able to talk to anyone.

    How do I get the software I paid for?

    that can be an issue. I have $600.00 worth of tune credits I never used waiting for a updated Ko4 that never happened. Had this since 2015.

    If OP is in the US he should just call them.

    I recall having some issues getting started with JHM, but it was mostly fine to nice we got going.

    Stage 2 was great, save for not getting some of the features they advertised.
