Oil/coolant line options these days?

What are the options for oil/coolant turbo lines these days? I have dealer access and there's nothing available anymore which was to be expected. Are people making AN lines, using the mamba lines or just replacing O-rings and gaskets and calling it a day?

I'm a buy once cry once type of person so I'd like to replace the lines while I'm doing turbos.

I used SRM for oil, MAMBA for oil return, D088 for coolant line. I've not ever seen anyone offer the turbo coolant lines.

Only downside is that the paragons are a little bulkier than oem.
