At What Point Do our Mods Fail OBD Readiness for CA Smog?

Being in CA they have implemented a pretty strict smog check where you need to be on a stock ECU. My goal is to try and get as much power while being able to revert back to the stock file for my smog when the time comes.

Originally I thought this would be easy as I was planning on buying a downpipe with a HJS cat and was pretty sure that'd pass readiness even at stage 3, but now I need to be able to pass it on a stock tune.

    My current thoughts are:
Downpipe should be fine with a high quality cat
HPFP might cause issues on stock tune
No go to injectors and most likely sensors
TTE810 is a no go due to needing upgraded injectors
TTE710 maybe, but concerned with it throwing a CEL on stock tune

im not concerned with intake, inlet, and intercooler all too much as I know a few smog shops that don't do visual inspection thoroughly.

What mods can our stock tune run and pass readiness? and please I don't want to get into politics at all.

Injectors must be coded, HPFP will work fine and turbos won't throw any codes either
