01403 Glass-break sensor rear Audi A7

Hey guys I had this come up 01403 Glass-break sensor rear - sporadic -open circuit
I recently bought the car like month ago. The car was originally tinted but the tint was remove to pass MD state inspection by the dealer. When they removed the tint they did no do a careful job apparently in removing the tint on the rear window. Some of my defrost strips are not working from it. I don't know if that has anything to do the the glass break sensor or its something else. But its getting quite annoying having my alarm go off a couple times at night. I have not checked out the connection for the circuit yet but I will look at it when i got some time. Any idea where it would be? I hope I don't have to completely replace the rear window. Any thoughts on this would help.

Most likely the sensor has become detached from the glass. Especially since you mentioned some defrost strips are also not working. It seems like a common issue when people remove tints improperly.

I'd check the edges of the glass near the trim and look for any loose contacts.
