Any tips or tricks on getting these rocker shafts out? I want to send my heads in for rebuild but I gotta get the rockers out first. I tried some good ol pry bar but I don’t want to crack or chip the casting. Do I need to give it more beans?

Once the cams are out and you remove the bolt on the end, put it in the middle hole and take a claw hammer and give it a little pull it will come out.
