D.O.A--A3 transmission H E L P

2016 A3 shop misdiagnosed as a transmission issue. They replace transmission and DID NOT switch out Mechatronic Control Unit.

Vehicle is D.O.A. and in Northwest Ohio-- any HELP appreciated on Competent Tech.

Do you have access to the old mechatronic unit? It's not too hard to swap out. If you can't get it or it's faulty then you will need the new unit coded using ODIS. Usually only dealers have this equipment.
