Reposting. Still can't figure it out. It's been with Audi local dealer and they can't figure it out either. Any help.is appreciated.

Just had my front grill replaced and some minor body work done at the body shop. Now my key fobs are acting weird. I replaced batteries and discovered by fluke that the fob would only unlock/lock if I approached from rear of car and start button would only work if I reached to the back seat with the fob and pressed start. Anyone ever had something like this?

Body work was refinishing drivers rear door and rear quarter panel. I think they did the front as well to blend in.

Driver rear door, where one of the keyless entry antenna is located. Probably start with a scan for DTCs, see if the car is already noting a problem.
