What exactly is this...?

Is it both rear mufflers, or what...?

If I added the VPS mid resnators delete with the Audi Sport resonator, would that give me a pretty decent sound...?

If you're talking about the "Sound Enhancing Resonator Kit" that Audi offers for around $1K as a port installed option, it is literally replacing the two resonators the VPS kit will delete. The Audi kit is just two resonators covering the same section that the VPS kit covers, it isnt mufflers or anything else. Don't do either. Just take it to a decent muffler shop and have them replace those two small resonators with straight pipe. You will save yourself hundreds of dollars and possibly some headaches as well.
