034 Flash did not finish loading.

Looking for any feedback. I contacted 034 via their Urgent request email as they no longer take calls. Not sure if they are open due to holiday.

Car is somewhere in the midst of flash and stopped loading. Connected to a battery charger, but headlights are on, brake lights and the dash has a lot of the warning lights.

Also have a strong WiFi signal. I’m not sure what to do next.
