Had just bought this 2010 S5 about 6 months ago when I made mistake of selecting emergency update and caused it to stick alternating between 2 screens. I'll add them here. This happened after I replaced battery and had no sound. This happened 6months ago and with other problems I got frustrated and quit trying to figure it out. I miss listening to the B & O system. Can someone knowledgable on this please help me get this going.
