how is your miltek? Im taking mine off on Monday because the H pipe valve harness kept touching the exhaust and the right muffler valve would start opening and closing on it own. maybe its because of salt on the roads in Montreal but a lot of people having problems with it.

Really like the sound but have been experiencing fitment issues.
Center pipes hit the crossmember even with spacers, and the driver rear muffler rattles like crazy even after adjusting the system.

Contemplating switching to something else too

I am about to do the ABT kit on my RS6 with their exhaust. Did you look at that as an option? Figured they know the car the best and wouldn't have any fitment issues.

The rattle is the metal valve actuator coming into contact with the metal milltek tips. At least that was the issue I was having (on both driver and passenger side). I tried adjusting multiple times and the contact kept happening as the exhaust expanded/contracted with heat. I epoxied tiny wood strips to the back of the tips where the contact was happening, so it is no longer metal on metal. Crazy to have to do with a system from a reputable manufacturer, but it wasn't much effort and the rattle is gone.

Have some images of this contact point? Will supply to Milltek so they can address.
