Not finding any definitive information out there regarding the followng A/C O-Ring sizes for a 2005 1.8T with 6 Speed. Want to be sure to purchase the right ones when replacing the Condenser and Dryer. All the vendors list multiple sizes, but not the application. Would rather have them on-hand when installing the new components.

    • Condenser Outlet
    • Dryer Inlet

When I replaced the A/C system on my Miata, I bought an o-ring kit that just came with an assortment of air conditioner rated o-rings. It wasn't expensive at all, and it had everything I needed. I got it from Rock Auto, I think.

Or you can look up the parts a/c condenser fluid container with connecting parts/
Call the parts dept at your local dealership and they can look up the correct parts for your car too.

*Of course confirm for your setup via that link. Full parts numbers are below the diagram. Looks like you need:
    Drier: need 4E0260749C (x2) .. same for inlet and outlet (#13, #40)
    Condenser: 8E0260749D (#31) and 4E0260749A (#30)

..for newbies seeing this, I'd *strongly* recommend buying Audi OEM o-rings. OEM = no leak. Non-OEM o-rings = big risk of leaking. Backed up at least in my experience replacing the compressor 2.5 years ago. Still zero issues. For example, at the drier, p/n: 4E0260749C has dimensions of 16.2mm x 2.5mm. (can't recall if that's OD or ID x thickness) Unless you're confident you have an o-ring matching that size to the 0.1 mm or less, probably a big chance of rework. I despise rework.
..and if you're replacing the compressor, don't forget you'll need a/c refrigerant oil. Pretty sure this is what I used for my compressor, but confirm for your specific model - DENSO p/n 9990101 (OEM brand..p/n: G052300A2 )
