RS7 Allocation at list price available?

I thought I had bought a 2021 RS7 (loaded) at Audi Lexington KY, but I got royally screwed (long story). Anyway, I am willing to build a new one to my spec as long as I do not have to pay ADM. I am in no rush and do not mind waiting. Close to Louisville KY the better. My local dealer had no allocations and they are charging $10k ADM.

As for used, I specifically want white, black optic or carbon exterior pack, Executive and the Advanced B&O.
