    02 A4 1.8t 5 speed crank no start

So I had a no crank no start issue. Got the starter tested, the relay panel under the ecu was flooded so I spent the day drying it out and cleaning up the contacts, replaced the relays except 219 because I can’t find on for the life of me but I did use a jumper wire from pin 87 to 30 to override the relay. It now cranks but I have absolutely no spark, no power to the coils in general, I had a spare ecu I threw in and when I put the known working on in the cooling fans would run unless I removed the jumper wire for relay 219, but with the original ecu in the cooling fans don’t come on at all but the car still cranks. I’m getting fuel to the fuel rail and the spark plugs are getting wet with fuel. The pump comes on with the key. I replaced the crank position sensor near the oil filter. Just stumped as to why the coils aren’t getting power.

Check for power at Fuse #29 on side of dash. That is power to the ignition coils (pin 1 - Red/Green wire at the ignition coils). Note: I do not recommend visually checking the condition of this fuse. I instead recommend you don't touch it and just check for power on both sides of this fuse with fuse installed as-is.

This fuse is energized by J271 "ECU Power Supply Relay", which is controlled by ECU and should energize when ECU sees the key ON.

I have seen an ECU that failed to energize this relay. This was due to the ECU being faulty. Said ECU also didn't do a lot of other things, like turn on fuel pump, injectors or CEL.

He's got injector pulse, so I'm assuming the ECU is at least mostly OK. Just missing power to coils.

Not certain exactly which relay has been bypassed, but we just need to figure out what the coils are missing. Hopefully just the 12v+ on pin 1 is missing.
