Any throttle body upgrades that will go unnoticed during inspection?

In CA. Car is Stage 2 DP. Since APR stage 1 is CARB authorized (and since inspector can't differentiate between APR stages) car will pass inspection. Pulley and cooling upgrades are not checked so will pass also. Trobule is, I want to add the throttle body but expect I have to take it off for every inspection.

Are any of the brands selling throttle bodies close enough looking to stock that they will fly with inspector? Any reason to pick one brand over the other other than price? My upgrades are generally APR though I think this is irrelevant.

Side question, anyone gamble this with OEM cats? I know standard advice is to expect CAT to fail. I am hoping that because I am sticking with 91 octane, don't track (I know the upgrades are silly but love them) and only do a little pull here and there, and because I premptively replaced PCV/tubing that tends to leak and gunk up, my CATs will last awhile anyway. I can afford to replace so am willing to gamble it ;).
