Ordered the mount on Black Friday and just got it yesterday. I don't think I bought the bolts with it. Should I order them and wait until I get them to install or can I reuse the bolts that hold the OEM?

Reuse the OEM bolts, they are fine.

They aren't torqued enough for it to matter. Every shop will say the same thing.
