Do tires make my TT sounding like tank?

In an earlier thread, I described my 2010 quattro roadster coasting downhill in neutral like a tank. If it is not wheel hub bears, are my 4 near new Sumitomo HTR A/S PO2 245/40R18 97W tires the cause of unusual road noise? Has anyone used that tire before?

Problem solved. It is the two front wheel hub bearings wearing out:

Audi part number: 8J0598625
Moog part number: 513253
FKG part number: 513253K (includes 4 bolts and the big one)

I have to cut off the 4 mounting bolts of the old factory bearing. They are way too tight for any of my tools. With the new bearings, I can now hear the engine, transmission, tires and the road.
