Question removing trunk trim

Does anyone know how to remove the chrome trunk trim between the taillights on a 2020 a4? I’ve seen that some are just attached with double sided tape, but not sure if there are any clips or screws hidden behind it. Would like to just remove it all together if possible. Thanks in advance

Looks like just tape. There are some spots where it looks like maybe clips or such, but not sure if they are actually involved in the cover piece. Guessing purely tape:

I just took it about 1/4 of the way off only to find out that there were a couple holes left behind but I didn’t see any clips. It was just held on with tape but I’ll have to remove it all the way and then get it wrapped with black vinyl and then reattach it
