This is awesome. A perfect candidate for a 'restoration'. I bet you could work very hard and not be able find more than a handful of this drivetrain and color combo in the States.

Locally there is a white b7 a4Q s-line TI manual 3.2l for sale, for $1500obo. Not an avant, but pretty awesome spec. Need a little bodywork(driver fender, and little bumper repair), and engine work. But would be a great fixer upper.. Half tempted to buy it, lol.

Thanks all, it is strange calling this a "restoration" but that's what it is. According to this forum an Audi USA rep confirmed that in 2006 only (575) 6MT Quattro Avant's were produced.

Any manual avant is rare - Sline/Ti's are just exceptionally rare. OP, very nice specimen - definitely one worth giving a second life. Best of luck!

Really?? Ok. Maybe its perspective of what constitutes "rare". That word is thrown around a lot, lol. Less common, yeah.
Either way, I love the blue, and will make for a nice project.

FWIW - Audi Canada told me my 2008 Avant is one of 13 sold that year with 6MT, S-Line in Dolphin Gray - still using as a regular driver, my wife uses the B9.

Agreed - when I made my request the specific option combo I asked about was Avant, 6MT, full Sports Package in Dolphin Gray colour - didn't care about any other combo variants
