camshaft pitting

was planning on assembling my heads today but I ran into a problem. I bought these 2.8 intake cams off a member awhile ago and never closely looked at them until today. I noticed some pitting on the lobes. Can't really feel them when I run my finger across them but im thinking these will be a problem later on. Are these shot? is there anything I can do with them?

Bottoms don’t matter as much as the tips but that doesn’t look horrible….. I’d get them polish/checked at machine shop for cheap piece of mind tho.

yea I already reached out to machine shop that did my block. I'll let them decide for me. so much for having the heads assembled today.
