Has anyone installed one of THESE?

Curious about the claims of - 20C drop in IAT. 569 euros seems pricey for a spacer...

I love how when you poke ENGLISH the description disappears. Sigh... Google to the rescue!!

It would have to be a spacer and some other bits to fill the gap from raising the IC core from the frame at the bottom, but I don't see how a simple spacer could provide the claimed temp drops without some serious voodoo!!

If we can figure out the magic, I'll print one up and test it out!

    Cheers,

You're the wealthy guy in the group chat...

Well, second most wealthy guy. (One has a supercar afterall).

There is a reason why I am over here in a poverty A car, because I am poor.

They have a silicone spacer that goes underneath the IC. I sent an email and asked if I could buy one of these a year ago (before they were on the site), when I was doing all my testing. They never responded.

I know Michael Kaemmer is running one of these. I never saw any before or after data though.

The Telegram group has put together a group test buy of sorts to purchase one of these and test it out. Anyone with a few extra bucks to spare can donate to the cause for our community and get real proof of whether this works or is snake oil. Join the TG chat for more info HERE.
