A3 with IS38 turbo upgrade - tune without a downpipe?

I recently bought an EQT IS38+ turbo to replace the IS20 in my 2018 A3 2.0T Quattro. I'm in Cali, so an aftermarket downpipe isn't really in the cards - any thoughts on what tuning solution I should go with for my AccessPort? I'm currently running EQT and love their tunes, however, it appears that they only have a Stage 2 tune for the IS38 upgrade and that'll require a downpipe, so not an option.

    Cheers

You should be able to get a custom tune as well from EQT, that would be tailored to take into account your factory DP.

    I agree with the above.

Considering APR has their big turbo upgrade and they've strictly tuned it on stock downpipe for a3 and S3 (and made phenomenal numbers), I don't see why this would be an issue for EQT to tweak

EQT has a tune for IS38 + OEM Downpipe. Contact them directly or via the FB group.

Thanks everybody - I talked to Ed and EQT can make the tune as a "custom" one, so I'll go down that path. Hopefully they'll have one off-the-shelf in the future.
