I have had 2 of my exhaust manifold-turbo bolts back out using stock washers and a flat washer/split washer combo.
ECS tuning is selling the flat washers for 28$ ea.
They also have a nut locking flange that would work with hex bolts.
Anyone successfully switched from the stock reverse Torx 14 bolts to a hex bolt and used the flange?
Or used any other washer combo that has worked successfully to prevent the bolts from backing out?
