B6 1.8T manual swap S4

Swap B6 S4 (03A?) manual into B6 A4 1.8T auto.
The electrical switch on the tranny is busted (not sure if neutral switch, reverse switch or ??)
Need to order a replacement. How is it called? Part number?
Remembering a bit from the C5 2.7T auto/manual swaps: I assume the wires from that switch need to be inserted into the ECU harness. If so: what pins do they go?

Ditto, the front CV axle 'half moon washers' (the ones from the auto 1.8T do NOT fit).

After installing new clutch and hanging tranny on the 1.8T, we found a gaping holse on the passenger side, created by the engine bellhousing not covering teh S4 tranny bellhousign. Any tips?

Tranny switch (reverse light) seems to be 01E941521A.
The 'half moon' washer may also be called (ECS lingo): drive shaft backing plate./ they only offer the hole kits ($100+!)

ECS shows 803407357 as teh half moon washer and fitting EVERYTHING from B5 1.8T to RS6. Strange. I have 2 different sizes in my 'parts bucket'. So wonder is AUTO 1.8T is the difference, but all manual use the same?
