Rear Power Sunshade

When I push the button on the dash I only hear it click but the shade won't move. If I get back in the back window it will only pull out about halfway manually. I can't find much online about how to service/remove it for cleaning or repair. Anyone have experience with cleaning or fixing them? Where to get parts etc?

If u have someone push or pull the back screen while you are pressing the button it will free up. The tracks that the screen is sliding on freeze up from not being used and greased properly

Gotcha, just bought the car and the first time I pushed the button it made a awful noise, now it just clicks. I read that silicone spray helps. I will try this and report back.

Worse case scenario is the screen is off it’s track
