Hi guys, I’m starting a brake upgrade on my ‘14 3.0 TdiQ and found brake calipers with oem number 8R0615106, are those different from 8R0615107? Is 07 like newer upgraded version?

I would be glad if somebody would share their knowledge and help me out a bit. Thanks

Got curious and went diggin for fun.
I wasn't able to find any reliable info on PN 8R0615106, an ebay listing had 8R0615106BN with SQ5 in the description but I was unable to verify this PN on any other official part seller website (such as ECS, Autohauz, etc)
The search for 8R0615107 yielded many variants and applications.
My findings on AutohausAZ suggest your '14 TDI Q5 has brembo 4 pots from the factory fitted over 345mm rotors (fronts). This would be PN 8R0615107G (left), and 8R0615108G (right).

Jumping to an SQ5 front caliper would make sense if the caliper is a direct bolt on replacement. Would bump your front rotors to 380mm.
    PN: 8R0615123 (left) , 8R0615124 (right).
I can't confirm if these are direct bolt ons, so more research would be required on your part.
