Rattles and Creaks

Car: 2020 SQ5

I have 3 locations with some annoying noises.

1) Rattle behind temperature controls. When pushing down on the area the rattling goes away.
2 and 3) The rear pillar area at the back seat, both driver and passenger side. Whenever the body bends / flexes the noise happens. It sounds like it is happening right behind the side bolster cushion that goes up the pillar.

Anyone have had similar noises and any fixes?

I am going to point these out to the dealer when I bring it in next but I would like to try and lead them to the right direction.

My vents are ok but my mmi screen rattles within a certain temperature range. I'm still struggling to eliminate it. I did have some weird noises from what sounded like the rear. I made some seat and headrest adjustments and it seemed to go away.
