Stupid newb question

So my b8 s4 coolant was about 2 quarts low. Dont see a puddle. Most common things to start checking?

Worse case is it’s being dumped into the cylinders via the intercooler cores inside the super charger…

Pulling the supercharger is very easy and only takes a few minutes, this would tell you if they are leaking or not…

Again worst case.

Also, are you checking when cold vs operating temp?

Might be the PCV as it's a common problem. Do you smell coolant while driving? See any white smoke from exhaust while accelerating?

pull the sc off and look. it sounds daunting but its a really easy 30min job.
its only being held down by 6 bolts, belt, and 7 sensors. lol

Also, if you do this, do not try to flush coolant via the plastic SC screws. If you do, expect them to break and have the 034 billet screws ready to replace them. Make sure you get the OEM coolant refill tool.
