Engine Bay Cleaning Fail or Coincidence

I need some insight here as I'm at a total loss of what's going on. On Dec 2nd I covered some components in the engine bay and I took a hose to it to clean it. I airdried it with my leaf blower and I let it sit overnight and didn't start it till the next day. The next day it started and all was well, then on Dec 8th (full week later) my EPC light came on and what looks like a slip light came on as well. My CEL has been on because of my post cat sensor that went bad, but that was the only code it was throwing up until this whole EPC/Slip light debacle. I recently did a scan via obdeleven to see what it is throwing now and there are a ton of codes.

I don't have the actual # codes with me, but here are the descriptions:

    Intake Manifold Runner Pos. Sen./S...
Power Supply Terminal 30 Voltage to...
    Steering Angle Sensor, voltage suppl...
Load Signal (error from engine contr.)...
o2 Sensor Heater Contr Circ (bank1)....
Bank 1, sensor 2 Internal Resistance...
Power Supply Terminal 30 Voltage to...
Mass or Volume Air Flow Sensor "A" (lower limit not reached)...
Intake Air Temp Sensor 1 Ba (lower limit not reached)...

I found it strange that all this took a week to come up on me so I'm wondering if it's just a coincidence or did my engine bay clean really mess something up? Any ideas on what to start with? I've cleaned the MAF sensor, and I cleaned a lot of the electrical/wiring plugs with CSC cleaner and applied dialelectric grease, but same EPC light comes on etc.

Also worth noting, that performance-wise the car isn't really affected... no limp mode or anything like that. I did notice that sometimes when the EPC light is on, my rpm goes from 900 to 700, then back to 9 and then 7, etc when idle

    Thanks in advance guys

Sounds like a wonky MAF sensor. I have a couple spares if you want to try that without the cost of a new one

I had a vacuum leak, o2 post cat sensor fail, and my JHM intake spacers needed to be replaced. That's the damage so far.

And that was it. Basically a vacuum leak and manifold spacer needed to be replaced.
