Spending the winter in Miami. Will need to get my RS6 serviced. Which is the better service department (or are they equal)? Audi North Miami or The Collection?

Also, any recommendations for the best PPF installers down here? Valet clipped the black exterior side sill trim (paintwork body etc is fine) but will need to replace that PPF piece, whole car was done by a really good shop in CT so want to make sure it is replaced to the same level (sure there must be really great PPF folks down here too).

I've used the Collection and have been generally happy. Only negative is the length of time it takes to get an appointment (6 weeks last time), and then it seems to be longer than necessary once they take you in. But was happy with my service advisor (Marlon).
I hear Pembroke Pines is great, but that's much further from me. The one time I used North Miami, they made a big deal about "aftermarket wheels" and that they're not responsible if they damage them. That really turned me off.

PPF 100% Hugh's Detailing. He did full stealth on my car, and has done sever other RS6.
