Hello guys. P0011 fault at WOT.
Some background on it.*
Timing chains, guides, tensioners were changed recently. Timing was checked a couple of times. It's spot on.
Before changing timing chains, it had the exact code with original camshaft solenoids. We changed the solenoids to SWAG ones. Then the P0011 fault disapeared. P0018 with P0016 came on if I remember correctly. Then timing chains were changed with all fhe other stuff (timing chains were streched, was getting very little chain rattle on startups in the mornings). After putting the engine back invcds camshaft adjuster log.jpg, we took it for a drive around the block. Same code P0018 (correlation) came on again. So we swapped the camshaft solenoids to original ones. Then the P0018 disapeared and P0011 came back on again. We tried swapping them over, bank 1 with bank 2, same issue.
Today we tried getting some logs with vcds and we saw, that camshaft adjuster solenoids duty cycle differs from bank 2 to bank 1 (as you can see in the picture). Is this normal? Or the percentage should be even? Seems like one is working more than the other. And the P0011 fault comes when WOT, so bank 2 camshaft solenoid is unable to function in time? Thank you very much on any info. Much appreciated 🙏
