Mass Airflow Sensor - Cleaning Question

I have a b7 RS4 and I want to clean my MAF with MAF cleaner spray.

Do I only have to remove this part: https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/aud...4aAllIEALw_wcB

and just soak it, let it dry, and reinstall?

or does the RS4 also have something like this that is inside the intake hose that I have to remove as well?: https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/aud...waAjEMEALw_wcB

Just have to remove the part in the first link.

The second link is just the MAF inside the housing itself. If you can remove it, it's that much easier.
