    Tensioner pulley size/part number?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Currently doing the water pump and thermo because of noise coming from my front end and the occasional temp warning.

However, now that I知 in there the idler pulley isn稚 very smooth and sounds not great. So I wanted to put a new in while I知 this far.

Does anyone have the part number or compatible part number for just the pulley? The tensioner works fine, just need to swap the pulley/bearing

I can get an up close pic of the tension in a bit if needed

Not sure which one you're asking about. Here's the belt/pulleys diagram for the CWGD engine:

Oh, just the wheel on the tensioner, this thing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/353377968430
You'd probably need to dismount the wheel on yours and look for any markings on it. But a first pass google search wasn't turning up anything informative for just replacing the pulley on it.

There is normally a part number stamped on the pulley itself, normally really small but see if you can make it out and google it

6203DUM18A is the factory part number and it looks like Dorman makes one that should fit 419-615 part number. I知 picking up today. Just incase anyone else ends up in there and needs the numbers.

    OEM - 6203DUM18A
    Dorman - 419-615
