What is this called, where do I get it!?!

So a piece of extended rebar in a parking lot popped my bumper so hard my Audi symbol flew off on the RS style honeycomb grille. I reattached it but the highway claimed it a few weeks later due to broken holds.

I know it’s a 2 piece part, the actual symbol and the backing that holds it all together in the grille. I can find the symbols online but I can’t find the backing piece. I really don’t want to have to buy another grille just to get a symbol.

Not aware of any backing for the rings; believe they just clip into the molding of the grill.

Appears same for the RS grill: https://www.ilcats.ru/audi/?function...30&language=en

If it sits fine, just epoxy it.

Yea it is the RS grill but you see in this pic the emblem has the honeycomb backing attached to it
    IMG_1303.jpg

But all the emblems Im finding online are just the logo

If I have to I’ll epoxy it but it will still have an empty space behind the logo. It won’t look quite right.

That upper pic is some third-party thing. The OE Audi rings are just the rings, as used on the A/S and RS grills.

The "filling" within the rings is a part of the main grill.

Damn, that’s what I was not looking forward to. I got the car with the grill on it and I could tell it was a cheaper third party one. I was just hoping there would be a way to get that part separately without getting a new grill.

I’ll try contacting one of the third party’s and seeing if they will sell separate but I doubt it. Thank you for the help.
