Audi A3 Removing Screws From Side Panel/Side Skirt Extension Install

I'm going to install a side skirt extension I bought from ebay but I don't know how to remove the screws. The instructions provided by the seller is just pictures and doesn't say or show what tool I should use. That and it doesn't look like screws, but look more like inserts. Does anyone here have experience in installing these on a base A3?

push in the center pin (they are a 2 piece assembly) but not too far or you may lose the inner pin, then pull out both parts. Its easy once you see one out.

Sweet, thanks! Not that easy tho. I removed the top one with ease, but the second one is getting bent out of shape trying to ply it out with a flat head screw driver. I don't want to destroy it and will just buy a $12 pry tool plier to pull it out. That tool should make the rest of the job easier.
