B8 S4 Manual ONLY <120k miles

Hey everyone. My brother isn't on audizine but he has narrowed down his search to a 3 cars, one of which is a B8 S4.

Just so we don't waste anyone's time here are a few NON-NEGOTIABLE items for him:

- Clean title and no rust
- Manual transmission
- Under 120,000 miles
- Maintenance history - he's not interested in a car with zero records. Too risky.


Preferences:

- In/near northern california (where he lives) or in/near philadelphia (where I live and can help facilitate).
- Sport diff
- Less than $20,000
