Just failed emissions test as it said convertor, evap and fuel system (not ready).
Is this from tune, as in does thr tune block some stuff, or is it unrelated and fact car sat unused for a week?

What stage tune is on the car? Their stage 1 tune passes with flying colors. Sitting for a week wont really do anything.

If the car is catless, most of the tunes that eliminate the check engine light code will not pass the readiness checks at emissions. Basically if you are catless, its going to be next to impossible to pass emissions as most the tricks such as the rear o2 spacers don't seem to work on this car.

If you’re catless and have a tune that eliminates the codes associated with the cat missing, you will never pass emissions. Those readiness codes will never be set as those routines are disabled. You will fail no matter what. Only way to pass is to put a stage 1 tune in, try to figure out how to spoof the cat and pray that readiness codes set or swap the stock downpipe back in with the stage 1 or stock software.

It's stage 1+. I think from my searches I needed to switch back to stock file perhaps. I have stock cats.

How old is your car? My cat went bad on my Focus RS after 5 or 6 years. It was stock. Emission systems have a warranty by law of 8 years/80k miles. Being tuned might complicate things, but I would try to get it checked out and replaced (if needed) under warranty.

It didn't fail because of bad cat - it failed the readiness test which is just the ecu communication with sensors

Did the battery go dead or did you unhook the battery? Did you reset the ECU? These can all reset your emissions parameters, and the car needs to go through a self test to get them ready again. Sometimes there are specific conditions that have to be met in order for this to happen (ie: fuel level between 1/4 and 3/4, OAT between Xx and Yy degrees, etc.). The same thing happened to my Subaru.
