Interior fuse panel?

Hello would anyone know if we should have the following fuses installed in the interior drivers side fuse panel. 2018 audi rs3

F12-infotainment components
F30-diagnostic connector

Those fuse locations are not populated on RS3. They could be populated on other MQB cars
