This looks like a very well thought out product, nice setup having an app available so we dont have another dongle or set of buttons in the car.

The tune maps the throttle to be linear. This lets you adjust it up and down more or less aggressively, including specific break points. Basically, tune it how you see fit.

Is this still applicable for the TCU/ECU tune combo? Any advantage over what the car does already with pedal map changes between the modes?

yup! Our tuning typically makes the throttle linear. So you can then use this device more easily to tweak the profile to your desire.

So it doesnt add power but it changes how the electronics of the car allows it to be delivered ? Does this do anything beyond a butt dyno feeling of faster ? Does it result in improved 0-60 on aggressive setting ?

It's not a power adder. It lets you modify the way the throttle input works. Some feel it's not aggressive enough!

It could cut your RT down some but you won't gain anything power wise.

Think about the throttle body intake flap and how fast it opens and closes. Audi buffers the hell out of this from the factory and changes it based on what mode you're on. This module gives you the ability to make it exactly as you want instead of how Audi made it and even make a drag mode so that it reacts as quick as it possibly can (thus the reduced RT).

Hello Arin, "our tuning typically makes the throttle linear": is that in "dynamic" mode?

I have S2 and just went for second pully and love it. I assumed the dynamic mode made the throttle non-linear (e.g., physically halfway down on throttle = ECU provides 90% throttle). Is that not correct?

I have a 2020 RS3 with APR stage 1 E85 and the throttle booster. It’s okay at part throttle but I find in any mode past “stock” at full throttle, the transmission seems to do funny things. Almost like it doesn’t know which gear to select - or it wants to change gears quicker than the trans can react. This happens typically on the highway - cruising in Dynamic Sport at 50-60mph, then pressing throttle all the way down. Maybe it’s just wheel spin and traction control assist kicking in that’s doing funny things…or it’s just me! But it’s quite fun for short, part throttle blasts!
