5 speed to 6 speed

Can anyone give me a complete list of parts ill need to swap my 01A 5 speed to an 02X 6 speed? Thanks

02X six speed
Auto or 02X six speed drive shaft
4.11 rear diff if using the six speed from a B6 1.8T
shifter box from a 02X
02X tranny mount
Some type of jumper cable for the reverse light switch.
If you have a 2002 you may need to for a speedo signal.

2002 front axles may not work. 2003 and up should be the same
The B7 02X has a 3.89 differential ratio, same as the five speed.
