Comes with hardware, but would definitely replace the gaskets. Has some scratches from being on a lowered car, exhaust tips are a little damaged from the tow truck after the accident.
Otherwise the exhaust is in amazing shape and polishes nicely. Will fit both Automatic and Manual transmission since it will be from the downpipe back.
