My 2011 Audi A7 3.0 TDI is making a squaking noise on cold start. It feels like serpentile belt but it's not because it's coming from the top left side of the engine (right side of the video). Please watch this 16s video and listen to the audio: https://emalm.com/?v=WRorW
To me, it feels like one of the injectors is making that noise. I'm not 100% confident but I guess this only happens on cold start.
