As far as TD1/voided warranty, it is a 2019 model year and its almost 2023. The warranty would be expiring due to the passage of time fairly soon.
And yes the price is in CAD and translates to about $44k USD. For comparison purposes, ordering a new 2023 SQ5 technik starts at about $74k CAD without a single option. Most SQ5s are $80-90k new in CAD at MRSP.
downpipe cat only. on regular 91 octane the smell is pretty bad. Not horrible, but worse than what most people would be comfortable with. If you have access to e85 then I would do that, smell on mine is almost non existent with that same downpipe at e80. Don’t worry about warranty. Your engine isn’t going to blow up in the next 6 months. But you might have some annoying electrical problems here and there like I did near the end of my warranty, and that’s not going to be voided.
worst case scenario you might have a thermostat failure like some people on here. that’ll be up to the dealer.
I just had both front window regulators replaced, one of my blind spot indicator lights replaced that was delaminating, the chassis control module recall done, and issues with flickering compass on my mirror and the dome light randomly turning itself on while driving all fixed under warranty. I dropped it off with the 034 stage 2 91 tune flashed and a catless downpipe along with all my other mods. no issue.
