Hi all, having two faults I can't clear, I have tried running a couple apps and output test, but the same issue persists:

    Issue 1:
B12C615 - Bulb for high mount brake light open/short circuit to B+
The high mount third/centre brake light does not come on at all
I have tried to pull a couple fuses and remove the brake light and disconnect it, it never turns on

    Issue 2:
B109071 - Defroster Flap motor actuator jammed
B108B71 - Fresh Air recirculation air flow motor actuator jammed
B109113 - Front air distribution door motor open circuit

Basically the two centre vents have no air blowing through them, only the far left and right do. I have tried a bunch of output tests, same issue persists

Any help on these would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Issue 1 . My guess...its bad. Replace.

Issue 2. Common issue with this car. Requires repairing or replacing flap motor up under dash. Which are difficult to get a hand on let alone tools...plus you need VCDS to place old motor in park then VCDS to Basic set new motor! Fun! BTDT!

Thanks, but do You think the entire LED sealed brake light would be bad because it has individual LED bulbs in it?

For the flap motor, can you use OBD 11 or does it have to be VCDS to park the motor?

I personally have never disassembled the third brake light...last Audi one I seen all the led's are soldered onto it...if you want to take the time to troubleshoot it...

I have never used OBD11. I have VCDS which I know works. OBD11 may...depending on which version you have??? Try it and see..
