For the past 2 months the myAudi will not work properly on my 2019 Q7 car. It’s back to not updating my info. The only thing I can do now is lock and unlock my doors. I can’t believe how unreliable this app has become in the last two months.

Trying to get hold of Audi concerning my problems is almost impossible. I have found it impossible to find out what is truly wrong with the app. They’ve given me responses like you need to reinstall the app or you need to add your vehicle again to Audi Connect.

It’s become a bad dream. I can’t believe that Audi would make such a great car and is unable to support their own myAudi app.
