It's not as bad as it sounds, you just have to go slow
When I installed mine, I also installed the dash trim that has ambient leds
2 birds with 1 stone :)
But it is nice being able to download apps from google play store and not having all the oem limitations
I play World Cup matches now on my way to work :)
I don't watch, but listen to the commentary
You can do Netflix, HBO , games etc

Big fan of the knob :)
I had a 2021 A5 as a loaner once, yeah touch screen is nice
But lack of buttons sucks. And then I get that tiny compartment where the mmi knob was
Not very useful cuz it's so small

Rsnav gives you big screen, but you retain the original controls
I also like the EQ, really helps you adjust the sound compared to bass/treble
